  First time coming in to pick up a item The Hunt. Had spoken with Andrew beforehand. Very helpful, polite and good customer service.
  
  Great store, lots of selections to browse through. Games, DVDs, Music, Toys.
  
  Located inside Gympie Central. Plenty parking. Amenities, food options and general stores in centre.

  The manager knows my phone number off by heart now due to coming in with many different pre-orders for the many different films I want to own, I'm really happy that the friendly staff members can get to know these kinds of things about me as a customer after being a customer for a while. To me, that's what makes this place great and has the best customer service for a DVD store I've ever been to. The selection of films are fantastic, but my only very minor complaint is the size of the anime section in-store. I do get that this is a DVD/CD store in Gympie and highly doubt that so many customers come in for anime, but bare that in mind if you're looking for a wide variety of obscure anime.
  I highly recommend this place if you're looking for DVDs/Blu-Rays, CDs and even board games.
