I had a lawyer involved with the dispute I had, in the end still not resolved but I decided to move on and requested the spectacles back that i had paid for in full ICUC refused so police got involved as it was unlawful for ICUC to keep the spectacles I had paid for in full and my money. Anyway when police involved ICUC took glasses to my lawyers office in a sub standard condition. I found ICUC to be very unprofessional. They talk the talk saying how top end professional they are but i found them to be completely the opposite in my opinion. I would not recommend at all.
