Quiet, no road noise.
Breakfast is available on request and quite reasonably priced.

Smokers from next door rooms, who thought it would be fine to do this right in front of our room with our young children not able to escape it. Not sure what's going on in the other rooms, but looks like crack house cook up in rooms 16 and 18 and another room across the way. The room had terrible odour and stains on the walls. Zero grading here
