- SteveC Added June 28, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was told by the rude gentleman that Australians don’t know how to bbq when I asked if I could get a bbq plate for the Ziggy 2 burner I wanted. I told him I had $1000 in my pocket and he wasn’t getting it, he responded “oh well” I left and drove down to the Kawana store and was very well looked after. I’ll give them 5 stars.

- Furio Added June 24, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went there looking for a basic BBQ for an older gentleman friend that just wanted to enjoy cooling outside in summer. When I told.the sales assistant this I got told to go to big w as they would probably suit my budget, yet I hadn't even told them how much I wanted to spend. I've been insulted before by a sales person in a luggage store in tattersalls arcade in Brisbane basically the same way. She told me.to go to target as their luggage was way out of .my price range. Never thought I'd get the same treatment here in gympie. Bunnings got my patronage and my elderly friend is very happy. My advice is, forget about looking after just those with loads of .money moving to gympie wanting to buy the most expensive bbq's you sell, listen to the customers and hear what they are after and try to accommodate them as beat you could.
