  If I could give this review zero stars, I would. Rented through GRR a few years ago after our landlord (and my partner's best mate) sold his house and the new owners decided to go through GRR.
  
  Debra was incredibly rude ALL THE TIME. We were already in the house and had been there for 7 years and because the new owners had taken over she told us we HAD to do a pest control, carpet clean etc. even though we weren't moving anywhere. As I have worked as a Property Manager previously, I knew my rights and had a meeting with her about this and many other discrepancies in our new lease agreement. She even had in the lease agreement that the rent could be increased at any time which is ILLEGAL according to the RTA. When I had my meeting with her and explained the MANY things that were wrong in her lease agreement and even gave her print outs from the RTA website that backed up my statements, she laughed at me. She literally laughed at me in a condescending way because she knew I was right and that I knew my rights as a tenant. WHO DOES THAT TO THEIR CLIENTS??! It was so disrespectful and what she was trying to pull off was illegal.
  
  Anyone who asks me about this real estate gets told the same thing - DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM! They are VERY unprofessional and Debra has a reputation around town for being rude and unprofessional. I honestly don't know how that woman still has a job! If you decide to deal with them for whatever reason, KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! It will save you a lot of heartache!

  I have had a few dealings with this business n couple to express my disappointments, where I was lied to n ignored of my complaints. On many times with trying again, hoping to enjoy my time at the decks for Sunday brekky where always short staffed with cold bitter coffees made no matter what u say. Shame as I hoped the team would have listened to many customers complaints; hence why I don't go there anymore. U were left to feel like u were the problem.
